Eliot hails from Michigan, where his love for sports began at an early age. His journey into physical therapy started during his recovery from multiple knee surgeries sustained while playing Division 3 college football. After attending US Army-Baylor University for PT school, Eliot dedicated over a decade to serving as an Army physical therapist. This experience gave him the opportunity to work closely with a variety of high performers, including West Point athletes and special operations personnel. With fellowship training in sports physical therapy, Eliot is deeply committed to helping people understand their recovery and restore their ability to do the things they love. Outside of work, he enjoys reading, savoring good coffee, contemplating house projects, fretting about the latest Detroit Lions news, and attempting to improve his skills in mountain biking and snowboarding, sports he thoroughly enjoys despite his beginner status.
