Sports Performance Coach

Katelin Staab, MSc, CSCS, TSAC-F 

Katelin holds a Bachelor of Science in Exercise Science from Colorado Mesa University and a Master of Science in Sports Medicine: Strength and Conditioning from the University of Colorado Colorado Springs. She is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) and a Tactical Strength and Conditioning Facilitator (TSAC-F) through the National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA).

Her coaching experience spans youth, high school, and collegiate athletics. While completing her master’s degree, Katelin served as a Strength and Conditioning Coach, working with athletes at Colorado Springs Christian School, Cheyenne Mountain High School, and the Colorado College swim team. She also served as Head Age Group Coach for a local club swim team.

Currently, Katelin works as a Sports Performance Coach at the CCR, where she enjoys working with active individuals of all levels to improve performance and support return-to-sport goals. In her free time, she can be found outdoors hiking or skiing, or spending time with family.
